The Challenge

Portfolio of 40 – 60 vacant standalone buildings (at any given time), located in primary, secondary and tertiary locations across Canada, required a solution to control risk, fulfill internal governance requirements and minimize or control operating expense.

The Solution

Developed program of services specific to the client’s unique requirements including periodic site inspections, sourcing and supervision of service providers, a network of local community based property inspectors working under the direction of a client account / technical services manager.

Value Added Outcome

Provided single-source accountability.  Our process and systems provided ample evidence to meet internal governance, insurance and risk control requirements.  Our local community based inspectors provided easy access and capacity for routine maintenance and emergency response to adverse weather conditions e.g. flood, extreme snow.
